Tough Fighter picked up another win in the Burwood Stud Pace at Redcliffe on Friday 15th August. The 3yo son of Always B Miki was trained by Grant Dixon and driven by Jack Chapple. This was the 3yo’s 3rd win this season and 3rd career win.
Fire And Passion
Talented colt Fire And Passion added a Group 1 to his already impressive record when he scored in the QBred Triad Final for the 2yo Colts & Geldings at Albion Park on Saturday 16th August. The 2yo son of Always B Miki was trained and driven by Grant Dixon. He was too strong for his rivals posting a sizzling 26.8 last quarter to beat his rivals by 5 metres! Congratulations to his owner Ben Seymour!
French Fries
French Fries picked up his 6th career win in the Group 1 QBred Triad Final for the 3yo Colts & Geldings at Albion Park on Saturday 16th August. The 3yo son of Captaintreacherous was trained and driven by Trent Dawson. The talented 3yo did all of the work, racing wide and sitting parked most of the race and he was still too tough for his rivals pulling away to win by 8 metres! It was a huge thrill for the staff at Egmont Park who lease the horse, a first group 1 winner for them all! A massive thank you to Kevin and Kay Seymour for kindly leasing their horse out to the staff.
